From the age of 9 until the fall of Stroessner my life was a sequence of exiles. These began within Paraguay, in San Pedro del Paraná, later as an adolescent in Montevideo, Uruguay, and have extended for several years through my life in the United States. It is in New England that I now live with my husband Ray Faith and our son Edward Faith.
